Sean ZmichLina Tran, Vice President and Director of Client Services at Bank of San Francisco, is a seasoned private banking professional with over a decade of experience. Specializing in personalized, high-touch client service, Lina has a proven track record of managing high-net-worth client portfolios and fostering lasting relationships. Previously, Lina worked at First Republic Bank, where she spent 12 years mastering the art of client service and financial management. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and exploring new culinary experiences, enhancing her understanding and appreciation of diverse cultures and flavors.
Tuan Le serves as Private Banking Service Manager at Bank of San Francisco, bringing to the role more than 15 years of diverse experience in the banking industry. Born and raised in the Bay Area, Tuan has built his career across both traditional banks and credit unions, developing a well-rounded background in branch leadership, relationship management and sales strategy.
Before joining Bank of San Francisco, Tuan managed the two San Francisco branches of Provident Credit Union. When he’s not working, he enjoys hiking, barbecuing, and attending Bay Area sporting events.
Teresa Duong, Senior Private Banking Deposit Operations Specialist at Bank of San Francisco, is a San Francisco native with more than a decade of experience in the financial services industry. In her role, Teresa serves as a key point of contact for private banking clients, delivering personalized, detail-oriented support to meet a wide range of banking needs.
Prior to joining Bank of San Francisco, Teresa spent nine years at First Republic Bank, where she developed deep expertise in compliance, operations, and risk management, with a strong focus on regulatory processes and operational efficiency. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, exploring new restaurants throughout the Bay Area, and spending quality time with her family.
Sam Clonmell has more than 15 years of banking experience, with a deep knowledge of consumer and business lending and banking operations. He is an expert on residential lending products offered to consumers and prides himself on educating clients to ensure they have the best product to meet their short-term and long-term needs. Sam takes pride in establishing and maintaining client relationships while personalizing every interaction.
Sam holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from St. John’s University. Before joining BSF, Sam was a banking sales and service manager in New York.
A lifelong resident of the San Francisco Peninsula, Neal Tandowsky has enjoyed more than 30 years working in a variety of senior-level roles at various organizations, including City National Bank, Wells Fargo Private Bank, and Boston Private Bank & Trust. At BSF, he combines his interest in community with his interest in building relationships to provide business and commercial real estate financing and depository solutions for businesses, nonprofits, and high-net-worth individuals. Neal is a current Board Member of the Jewish Community Center of San Francisco, a National Selection Committee Member for the Diller Teen Tikkun Olam Awards, and a peer and group grief counselor for Kara. He earned a BA in Economics from U.C. Berkeley, an MBA from USF, and a Personal Financial Planning Certificate from UCLA Extension.
Grace Datuin has more than 30 years of banking experience, and began her journey as a teller, holding several positions in banks and credit unions on the Peninsula and in San Francisco's Financial District. Prior to joining Bank of San Francisco, Grace served as a Vice President Branch Administration Officer and Human Resources Manager at Presidio Bank for 12 years. She handled various banking functions, including client services, back-office and HR duties. In her spare time, Grace is an avid traveler, and loves to spend time with her family and dog.
Katrina Chen brings more than 20 years of private banking experience to her role, with deep expertise in branch operations and client service management. She is known for her steady leadership, sound judgment, and ability to navigate complex client needs with clarity and care. Katrina approaches every relationship with dedication and thoughtful attention to detail.
Before joining Bank of San Francisco, Katrina spent 16 years in branch leadership at First Republic Bank and most recently worked at Citizens Private Bank. Born and raised in San Francisco, Katrina is deeply connected to the communities she serves. Outside the office, she enjoys tufting, painting, karaoke, and participating in local service projects throughout the Bay Area.
Sean Zmich brings over a decade of experience in client service and relationship management to his role. He spent five years at First Republic Bank supporting clients in a branch banking environment, following five years with the YMCA of San Francisco and an earlier career in sales. This background has shaped his people-first approach and his ability to build trust through attentive service and thoughtful problem-solving.
Outside the office, Sean enjoys building and creating, cooking, hiking, and spending time outdoors with his wife and daughter. He’s also a fan of karaoke, trivia nights, and Bay Area sports, proudly supporting the Giants, 49ers, Warriors, and Sharks.
